Accenture values work-life balance. Sometimes it can be difficult and stressful to find new clients within Accenture, especially being in the United States, but they do a great job of making sure you feel accepted and welcomed within the community.
Finding new clients, the work is prioritized to go offshore. This is beneficial to the clients and Accenture, but detrimental to the workers here in the United States.

Easy interview. Didn't ask many coding questions, but more towards the consulting side. The first round was behavioral, and the second round was a case study interview. The process took more than a week.
