Work culture is very good at Accenture.
I think the freshers are paid less.
We had college campus recruitment, and their requirement was more for that particular year. The interview was mainly based on your communication skills, not very technical though, but again, this was because they wanted a good number of students.
The technical questions were mostly on arrays, strings, and recursion, so not that difficult, but the technical interview is the hard part. I was there for 30 minutes and failed to land a job.
The interview process was quite crackable. The questions asked were standard array questions on DSA and aptitude. There was also an online communication round and an HR-tech round. There is a clear gender bias towards female candidates.
