Good company to start as a fresher.
They give good training to get you started when you onboard after your college studies.
But they don't ask if you are interested in any technology or not; they just assign something based on market demand, which could be JAVA, DOT NET, SAP, Analytics, or Testing. So far, I haven't heard of open-source technologies.
Offices, cafeteria, and transport are all good.
I am a fresher at Accenture, so I can't suggest much. However, I would like to say that if you are in IT, you have to constantly learn. There should be a desire to know more and keep learning new technologies.
If you wish, you may get away with the basics that you are expected to deliver, but to stand out, keep innovating.
Take decisions faster. I have wasted a lot of my time just sitting on the bench. People should be trained more on etiquette and discipline.
Yes, this is required at Accenture. I see newcomer girls pushing men to try getting into the bus just for the sake of a seat while there are a lot available.
Easy for some parts, but also tricky. They asked me about my internship and final year projects, and basically the difficulties faced during them. And a few SQL questions on basic concepts like normalization, etc.
Three rounds, easy interview. The first is MCQ, communication, and HR. For Accenture, this company only takes girls, giving first priority to girls, not for boys. So, be cautious when applying for Accenture company jobs.
They asked for a self-introduction. Questions regarding projects. How will you resolve when there is a conflict in your team? Your failures in life. Favourite subject and why? How you will manage a situation? My interview mostly went like an HR
