Balanced work-life
Good leaders
I don't really see any cons.
1. Aptitude and Cognitive Assessment: It consists of quantitative, verbal, and logical ability questions. 2. Coding Assessment: Two simple programming questions. 3. Communication Assessment: Virtual, similar to telephonic. 4. Interview (Technical + H
Written exam and group interview. Accenture came to my B.Tech college, JNTUK, UCEK. I got selected in the written exam and cleared the interview as well. In the interview, they asked basic C language questions and asked me to write some programs.
It was a very smooth process. The interviewer was very experienced and he mainly asked about my projects. Firstly, he asked me to introduce myself. Then he went into details about my projects. After that, he asked a few basic HR questions.
