Great company, only for consultants
It's a consulting company, what do you expect? Good for the consultant, not anything else.
Managers came in really late.
Live with less than 50K compensation. No pay raise for the first year.
Most freshers are testers because there aren't many developer opportunities. This is bad.
Out of a dozen freshers, all with great performance reviews from the team leads, only one got promoted in less than a year. I think it has to do with the local budget and relationship with upper management. You probably wouldn't be able to see them.
Nothing, I'm out.
