Great Company but..
Came from a good school, offered a big starting salary. HMO from day 1, trainings, and other compensation.
- Long regular hours (9 work hours, 1-hour break for technology)
- Extended hours (most of the time unpaid depending on the project), which is contrary to their work-life balance advocacy.
- Some core trainings are not utilized when rolled into a project.
- Some managers do not manage their people well (at least in my experience on the project).
- Some junior developers work without seniors, making knowledge transfers non-existent.
- Check your people's skills and ask them if they can really do the job.
- Do not put people in projects just because you need people in it.
