Great environment, good people, decent hikes.
Flexible working hours (depends on project).
The problem with working as a fresher is that you will get pushed to any random technology of their choice. I have seen some really good coders get into testing, while those least interested in development are given the enviable Java/.NET streams.
Relocation (w.r.t. India) is very difficult, as business dominates the place where you will work.
Do consider giving the option of technology to freshers.
