- Moderate work.
- Onsite chances (depends on the project you are in, relatively more in testing).
- Cool deadlines (again, depends upon your project).
- Transport and re-allocation facilities are good.

It's better to gain experience and then come to Accenture, rather than starting as they allocate technologies randomly (alphabetically).

Project: Development projects are rare, which is why even good coders ended up testing in support projects.

Clerical work at the ASE level.
Please take the preferences into account, or at least give freshers some choices regarding the technology you place them in. It will help both the company as well as the employee.
