Salary is a big issue, way below market value. I'm a 6-year Software Engineer and I only make $44,000/yr. Bonuses were given to only some people, not everyone. Favoritism reigns. I'm often asked to work weekends, Saturday and sometimes Sundays too. There's lots of OT, and sometimes for no reason.
The only advice I can give is happy, content people work better than beaten-down people.
Work-life balance. Remember this?
Lots of people are losing relationships and families over this.
