Expectations from non-technical managers are like they want us to do wonders.
Use your resources correctly. You don't even care about what that person is good at and make him do stuff even though he is not interested.

They were really nice and calming. It was a panel interview of a group of candidates, as many candidates were interviewed at once. They were great and behaved very professionally.
