Flexible timings.
Very low pay scale. No work-life balance; you may be called at random on weekends or anytime during the night or day. The appraisal process has changed recently, giving your supervisor more control over you. No recognition of skills for freshers. They will train you on one technology and give you work on another, then cross-train you for that.
Try to recognize an individual's skill set, rather than allotting them to some technology. Try to find out what they are comfortable with.
