Too much stress at work. They give you more work than you can imagine.
If you are completely new and want to learn in an organized environment, then it's good. But if you have good skills, it's better to go for startups.

Associate Software Engineer
There were 3 rounds in total: resume shortlisting, a coding round, and an interview. All people selected in the resume round by default passed their coding round, regardless of the test cases passed or not. In the interview, it was only an HR round
