More work, less pay
The team was really good, and the manager was perfect.
If teammates are understanding and chill to work with, any project or work pressure seems fine, which was the case with me.
We worked overtime but weren't allowed to clock that time in each day's log.
People should be paid for the rigorous hours they are available for and not just 8 hours.
Kindly pay people according to the honest, hard-working hours they put in.
