Opportunity is less.
Learning curve not great.
Management not at all good.
Supervisor not good.
In most situations, HR is helpless, thus turns a deaf ear towards you.
It's not a company where you can blossom fruitfully, until and unless you are lucky.
You should be lucky to get a good project. Otherwise, it's curtains for you. Plus, you should be lucky to get good colleagues, which is scarce.
