Very strict adherence to policy, which can be a positive or a negative.

Entry-level positions are the toughest, as mid-level management generally tends to slack. Apart from that, mostly everything is good.
I'm not sure how you will try to compete with Indian companies. Good luck, but don't cut down on the great quality processes at Accenture.
