The health benefits are incomparable. But I've heard companies do that instead of raising your salary because they can save a lot of money. This makes sense why my pay is low.
You can earn additional money by referring candidates. You can be hired immediately as an Associate Software Engineer without any knowledge in the field.
No bullying with genders.
Developer salary is twice as low compared to other IT companies.
Their annoying multiple redundant mandatory trainings that aren't even helpful to your job.
9 working hours. And if you're unlucky with the project, it could be up to 12.
Toxic team leaders who love to gaslight everyone.
The whole team. Why is it so toxic to the point I can't relax on weekends anymore?
