Easy most of the time. A great company to start with
Not very demanding at entry level, great benefits package, corporate perks, very flexible working hours. Upper management is great. It's a great place to get started straight out of college.
Pay is not very high, no bonus, and it can be boring. Travel opportunities are not as easy to get as they are made out to be for the solutions workforce.
Give employees better raises and more responsibilities to slow attrition.
