You have these opportunities to learn many different technologies because Accenture has no benched resources. Then they have billable positions for them. So, because of this, you end up spending weeks learning (or even becoming certified with) a technology, only to be told, "There's no jobs. Do it again with this technology, and we'll see if there's jobs."
