Accenture provides ample opportunity for you to train yourself on different technologies.
You have these opportunities to learn many different technologies because Accenture has no benched resources. Then they have billable positions for them. So, because of this, you end up spending weeks learning (or even becoming certified with) a technology, only to be told, "There's no jobs. Do it again with this technology, and we'll see if there's jobs."
On top of that, no conversations have been had with me regarding an increase in pay now that I have certifications, as the "level" I'm on doesn't allow for it. So you could be hired on as a Sys Admin for a project making $50k a year. So there's that...
