If one had been working on a good project, promotion is easy. There are also free snacks every week (before COVID).
Bad project, bad management. The boss, especially the "girl boss," is too entitled.
You will go to PIP if you are not a people pleaser.
Thank you for the OT. Not chargeable hours.
No internet/electric subsidy aside from 500 per month.
The laptop is too weak to perform tasks.
Please lower your ego and learn how to listen to your employees, especially on lower levels, since they can help you a lot. Especially those who aspire to challenges, e.g., automation.
