At times, I felt that I could maintain a work-life balance.
No skill development as I worked for a customized project. I observed that the MVPs of the project were struggling to get a job in the outside world, as they were very less aware of the standard procedure.
- The higher officials were gender biased; they were giving more preference to girls/ladies. A typical IT company. (I suggest not to fall into the trap of gender equality by Accenture).
Try to recruit or give responsibilities to such a person who is capable of handling a team, and not a gender-biased nymph.
