- Projects will not be allocated based on the technologies we were trained in at GFT.
- Notice period is 90 days.
- If you are allocated to a support project, then the leads will never get released from that project.
- Promotions are biased.
- Most of the managers will be flirting with the team members.
It would be best to replace the resources who are allocated in support projects with others for development/testing related projects. This would help the resource career.
