Basically, a good company
Gives a very good training for free. I was trained in the stream of SAP ABAP. If we want to take the same training outside, like for our personal sake, it costs nearly 50k to 60k. They gave it freely with a perfect trainer. He trained us directly to be project-ready. The company gave many other benefits, like health points where we can buy necessary things for improving our health. Joining bonus + a good working environment.
For a 4.5 LPA package, I am getting 3.8 LPA. Other companies provide 30K per month for just 4 LPA, where I am getting 28K per month for 4.5 LPA.
