Accenture's hiring process is time-consuming. From applying to receiving an offer letter, it may take 5 months. The interview was quite interesting, and the interviewer conducted it in a timely manner.

First, there was a written test at my college premises. I cleared the aptitude test, which contained questions on aptitude and two coding questions. Then, there was a communication round. The final round was an interview.

It was an on-campus interview. I was asked a few basic HR questions, which were very easy. They just look for communication. If you are good at communication, you can easily crack it.
