Great Culture, Generous Leave
The work culture is very good, and I think it is the best among all service-based companies.
There are 20 days of vacation leave, which can be carried forward, 7 sick leaves, 2 optional holidays, and other public holidays.
You will get shift allowance for extra hours for sure.
Taking leave is not an issue.
Till now, I didn't find anything negative here. In production, there can be workload, depending on the project.
