Don't join if you are a fresher
There are a lot of pros if you are a senior. As a fresher, if you get into a good project, then it will be beneficial for you. But the chances are very less.
Bad company for freshers. You will be in a support/maintenance project. You will be making templates and waiting for logout time. Absolutely claustrophobic atmosphere for freshers.
