A good place to work. The most important criterion is that one should upskill and clear exams at Techgenics

Pros

I joined Accenture as a fresher. Before joining, we were given three months to complete training on one of the assigned tracks. I was assigned the Java Developer track.

After completing that training, we underwent Techgenics training for six months. I was assigned the Cloud Transformation domain.

After completion of training, I was part of the Migration Execution team and worked on pre- and post-migration tasks.

Working here is good because the work culture is good, and we get to reskill and upskill ourselves. We also receive feedback from seniors and learn about our goals and objectives.

Cons

Bench period. I was on the bench for 3 months. During those 3 months, my registration for the subjects in Techgenics training was not approved.

We were given 6 months to complete Techgenics training, but I couldn't complete it on time. Sometimes, due to project requirements, we had to prioritize the project over training. This is the second reason for constraints in the completion of Techgenics training.

More amount of work was allocated to the project, and little to no work was assigned when on the bench.
