It's an okay company
The people here are very kind. I haven't had the opportunity to visit the office since joining due to the pandemic, but all my engagements have been great.
The company relies on exams for promotions at the fresher level. While I understand that handling promotions in a big company is tough and this might seem like a better option, I prefer to be judged based on my efforts and things that I have learned and used, rather than following a course and giving the exam for a technology that I am already aware of.
The pay is also not satisfying, and the increments are small.
