The first round will be the aptitude round, which is an elimination round, followed by a coding round, which is also an elimination round. There will be a communication test and then an interview, where they mostly ask non-technical questions.

I attended an on-campus interview a few days back. For Accenture, we didn't have a technical interview round, so we went directly to the HR round. In that round, I was asked very basic questions. Finally, the interview went very well.

The interview process was fine. I found the overall experience to be smooth and well-organized. During the interview itself, the interviewers were professional and courteous, creating a comfortable atmosphere for discussion.
