Stability: You won't be laid off if there's no demand, but it's possible to be assigned to a role that is not aligned with your finished course.
Not assigned a role in development, but in creative writing, which I am not good at and did not study for.
Please take a closer look at your management. Higher management says you have control in your career path, but you are pressured not to say "No" because you can lose all bonuses when offered a different job role outside your specialty.
