Lots of learning, but a chance for hands-on
This is a great place to start your career, as they onboard you as a newbie and teach you everything you need to become a professional.
There are several great courses to really hone your skills.
You do not get to choose the work you want to do. The majority of newly placed entry-level graduates are hired mainly for various application support roles. You get to learn a lot, but there are not ample opportunities (none in my case) to practically apply the learnings.
