Big company, which is always nice to have on the CV. Lots of benefits, especially if you want to start a family. Multiple vacation days throughout the year.
Poor working conditions - underpowered laptop workstations with no extra monitors, noisy open-plan offices.
No mentorship or training for inexperienced developers.
Outdated development practices.
Lots of company spam / bureaucracy that gets in the way of the job.
Poor work-life balance - 10-hour days are generally accepted as normal.
From my experience, there is serious technical debt, which reflects the need to put in extra hours.
Work smart, not hard.
