Lots of Variety - Being such a large company, you have the opportunity to work on projects in industries from Financial Services to Utilities.
Amazing People - Working with some of the brightest people in the industry is a great perk to working at the company.
- Work/life balance can be challenging.
- Late nights and weekend work can sometimes be the norm, depending on project demands.
Listen to junior employees more. I have seen several instances where mistakes could have been avoided had management listened to the advice of an analyst (or equivalent).
