Long processing of applications. Need to follow up. Nothing more to say. Need to be patient when pursuing this company. Just be patient. The interviewer is nice. No complaints anymore.

First was the assessment round with coding, then a communication round, and then the final interview in which both HR and technical questions were asked. And of course, it started with introducing yourself.

The interviewer mainly asked about projects, and they are checking if you are a good team player. They also want a person with good communication skills. It will be easy to get an offer if you are good in English and communication.
