In the team I was on, I didn't experience any toxicity. Management was also supportive of additional learning outside of work (joining contests, hackathons, etc). A lot of opportunity to learn via Udemy and other trainings. Lots of room for career growth. Company initiatives to be more connected even if working remotely. Can join groups for extra-curricular activities (Investing, DevOps, Cloud, etc).
