Pros:
No career growth.
Long bench stay.
The interview process was more or less easy. First, they asked you to introduce yourself, then something about the company, about one of the projects you did, and one aspect where you would like to improve yourself in the future.
There was an aptitude test conducted by Amcat. It was pretty much solvable, and later we had a technical and HR interview combined. The panel was very friendly, and it was mostly like a technical insights sharing from us.
The panel was responsive and helpful. They didn't let you get nervous; the process was fast, and the results came in quick. First was registration, then an on-campus coding round, and finally, an interview.
