They will train you on a random technology that you have to pass. Hence, you will be terminated. But don't worry, it is well compensated.
After passing the said training, you will not be deployed in what you are trained for due to scarcity of projects for entry-level positions.
Train entry-level people so you can develop new talents, instead of hoarding young talents and piling them up on the roster, ready to be picked up when needed. The problem is, it may take a really long time, which would really affect the employees' early career progress.
