Pros

They have bootcamps, which is good for entry levels. They offer career counseling, but it is not very effective. When issues arise, they handle them properly. They don't directly blame the resources but rather focus on improving the process of how work is done. They have many online and classroom trainings.

Cons

Be ready to offer long work hours without overtime pay.

Usually, you will be working 15 hours a day. The regular work hours are 10 hours, which include a one-hour break, so the 5 hours of overtime you render are not paid.

You will be asked to work during holidays.

There is an imbalance between compensation pay and appraisal.

Advice to Management

I hope that people who work really hard and smart would be able to have good compensation.
