Pros

I obtained many different kinds of experience, from manual tester to developer. Many of the skills I learned here helped me get new opportunities elsewhere.

Cons
  • 10 hours work (9 hours + 1 hour lunch), and the extra hour is not considered as overtime.

  • There's something called 'Elective Holiday' where certain holidays in the year are considered as such, and you can only take a limited number of them (5, if I recall correctly). The rest must either be filed as VL or you must go to work on that day (holiday pay applies).

  • Project you end up in is entirely luck-based. It's entirely possible to enter Accenture expecting developer work based on your experience and/or expectations, but be thrown into support or tester work instead.

  • Without promotion, salary growth is very minimal.

Advice to Management

Remove the extra hour of work and elective holidays system.
