Pros
  1. Accenture provides lots of incentives when you work extra hours or during your off-time.
  2. The performance bonus during December is great if you work hard for it.
  3. Annual increase.
  4. My Team Leader, Manager, Senior Manager, and the team I belong to are really great! [This depends on the team you belong to.]
Cons
  1. Health benefits are not helpful. There are instances that my dependent was not able to use it. Very unreliable HMO. I paid extra for my parent's HMO and never in my years in ACN were they able to use it.

  2. Low compensation for a career shifter or a new ASE. For experience, it is a good company, but if you're looking to grow and have higher compensation, just stay for 2-3 years then apply to another company.

  3. Extended hours of work, even on your days off.

  4. Mental and physical health.

Advice to Management

Fair compensation and better HR. My final pay is past the 30 days and still not credited in my account. I sent a couple of emails until they replied and mentioned that it will possibly be credited at the end of the month. That's two more weeks of waiting. I used to be grateful to ACN, but not anymore. They paid me, and I go above and beyond, but I'm just another employee, replaceable. This is some advice to future ACN employees: When the time comes that what you're working for is not worth all your efforts, find a better company. I once thought of a promising career here for over two years, but it all stays as a promise, though. :]
