If you are on for the position of entry-level/fresh graduate, just like ASE, be prepared to be rejected if your TOR (Transcript of Records) is not that impressive. Failing grades are not welcome here, but still, they let you take the exam and interview. They waste your time waiting just to be evaluated based on your TOR and not on your performance in the interview and exam.
Do not just base your hiring process on TORs. That paper doesn't define a person's capability and skills.
