Friendly Colleagues, Overwhelming Workload
The environment around me is great. All my colleagues are friendly.
Slow promotion and the workload is too much for my level. It makes me unmotivated to work. Only the workload increased, not the salary.
If you want to increase the workload, please make sure they are compensated.
