Great HMO Plan, Employment Benefits, Learning Opportunities
Please be careful in assigning all your resources to projects. Just because you have learning opportunities doesn’t mean it will be their specialty. Assign them to what really fits their profile.
Replace all incompetent HR and onboarding personnel. Some of them do not know what they are doing.
Please impose regular work hours (only 8 hours of work).
To Project Managers: Do not expect too much, especially from new hires. Some of them are totally new to the project, and they are not familiar with what you want them to do.
It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)
It's good, and the instructions are detailed. The only downside is the update process, since it always took so long based on my experience. But I think overall they did a good output.
It took like 2 months from the onsite exam, then an HR interview after 2 weeks. I made it until the final assessment but still no update.
