Good Salary (Depends on College/University you come from)
Good Growth and Management
Flexibility (Depends on Project, and Pre-Pandemic)
Too many OT (Post-pandemic, it almost became "Open Time" due to the length, also too much with the already 10-hour shift).
Bad geographic assignment (Someone as south as Muntinlupa gets assigned to Eastwood, and someone as north as Commonwealth can get assigned to Alabang).
Have better handling of WFH arrangements
It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)
It's good, and the instructions are detailed. The only downside is the update process, since it always took so long based on my experience. But I think overall they did a good output.
It took like 2 months from the onsite exam, then an HR interview after 2 weeks. I made it until the final assessment but still no update.
