The Accenture interview process involves an online application, a series of interviews (which may be on the phone, via video, or in person), and for some positions, an online assessment for coding skills, natural strengths, and decision-making.

I applied online. First, I had an initial interview with my recruiter, then an assessment/skill exam. Lastly, I was invited to an HR interview. Do a decent amount of research and be really open to the challenges that may come your way.

Initially, I was interviewed through a phone call. It was like a personal detail confirmation. Then, the other week, I underwent a pre-employment assessment, which was really tough. Finally, I had an HR interview through a phone call.
