First, you will take an exam. Then, if you passed the exam, HR will contact you by phone right away for an interview. The interview will be about your programming skills and work experience, if you have any.

2-week process. I fill up a form and get shortlisted. After passing the exam, they conduct an interview that is purely in English. Speaking Tagalog is prohibited.

Phone call interview, technical exam, final interview, and job offer. It's quite easy and suggested if you came from a different course and want to shift into the IT industry.
