I don't find anything negative about this company. As long as you follow their instructions carefully, your time won't be wasted.
If you are applying to this company, you should ask for a referral for an easier application process.
It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)
