The Accenture interview process involves an online application, a series of interviews (which may be on the phone, via video, or in person), and for some positions, an online assessment for coding skills, natural strengths, and decision-making.

Initially, I was interviewed through a phone call. It was like a personal detail confirmation. Then, the other week, I underwent a pre-employment assessment, which was really tough. Finally, I had an HR interview through a phone call.

Call if okay to start the job on the specified date. When I started my online exam, it took me too long to answer some parts of it. I actually thought I got it, but failed.
