9hr work. Will make you work in different shifts. ASEs can be put into customer service. Low starting salary. Higher salary if you’re from top schools, which are UPD, UPM, DLSU Taft, UST, ADMU.
Don't hire engineers.
It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)
It's good, and the instructions are detailed. The only downside is the update process, since it always took so long based on my experience. But I think overall they did a good output.
It took like 2 months from the onsite exam, then an HR interview after 2 weeks. I made it until the final assessment but still no update.
