Workload can be hell, work-life balance sometimes non-existent; it depends on the project. You won't be able to choose which tech stack you'll be deployed on if you're a fresh grad.
It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)
It's good, and the instructions are detailed. The only downside is the update process, since it always took so long based on my experience. But I think overall they did a good output.
