Pros
  • They hire anyone regardless of background.
  • They provide free trainings of different skillsets.
  • Some IT certifications can be shouldered by the company.
  • You might end up in a project where hybrid (1x RTO per week) is allowed.
  • A decent company to start with, but do not stay for too long.
Cons
  • Terrible resource management.
  • You can get pulled to a project randomly.
  • If you are lucky, you can get to a project whose skills can be useful even outside of Accenture. Some project skillsets are only useful when you're in Accenture.
  • Too many bench resources while constantly hiring.
  • Management always says there's little to no budget for salary increase, bonuses, and promotions while constantly hiring.
  • Salary is way too low for workloads way too high.
  • 10 working hours are required every day (1 hour unpaid lunch), which does not support work-life balance.
  • Employees are forced to increase days going to the office without an increase in salary or allowance; thus, work-life balance is not supported.
Advice to Management
  • Stop constantly hiring while keeping lots of resources on the bench, at the same time telling employees that the company's budget for bonuses, raises, and promotions is too low.
  • Stop forcing employees to increase days for working in the office when the company cannot even provide an increase in allowance or salary.
